This practice develops physical strength, balance, mental focus, and the flow of qi within the body. 纏絲八法 Chán Sī Bā Fǎ – Eight Silk Reeling Methods Fundamental drills for Chen-Style Taichi. Dedicate 10 minutes to practicing the silk reeling methods. This video course covers a portion of the Eight Silk Reeling Methods.
