Last updated: April 2026
Welcome to AstroChi 一氣運動 ("the Platform"). This service is operated by AstroChi Integrated Marketing Co., Ltd. (一氣運動整合行銷有限公司, Tax ID 50865486, hereafter "we" or "the Company"). Please read these terms carefully before using the Platform. By registering or making a purchase, you agree to all terms below.
1. Service Description
The Platform offers pre‑recorded online Chen‑style Tai Chi video courses taught by Master Li Pei‑Yi, including standing practice, breathing, body method, forms, and weapons instruction. After purchase, members can sign in and watch any time during the account's active period.
The Platform is currently provided in Traditional Chinese and English, and is marketed within Taiwan.
2. Account & Membership
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
Accounts are personal and non‑transferable. Sharing, reselling, or lending the account to others is prohibited. If we detect abnormal multi‑device sign‑ins or public sharing of paid content, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account; fees already paid are non‑refundable.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for damages caused by your negligence.
3. Payment & Invoices
Taiwan customers are billed in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) via bank transfer; international customers are billed in US Dollars (USD) and processed through PayPal. We do not access or store your credit card information.
After successful payment, we will issue an electronic invoice to your registered email within a reasonable period.
4. Refund Policy
Per Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and the "Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Termination for Distance Sales," Article 2(5), digital content delivered intangibly or online services completed upon delivery are exempt from the 7‑day cooling‑off period when the consumer has consented in advance.
To balance your rights, we apply the following rule: within 7 days of payment AND if you have not started watching any course video (verified via our backend playback log), you may email us to request a full refund. Once any video has been watched, the service is deemed used and refund is not available.
If technical issues on our side prevent playback, please contact us — we will assist or process a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All course videos, text, images, designs, and trademarks on the Platform belong to the Company or our partners and are protected by copyright and related laws.
You are granted a license to view content for personal, non‑commercial learning only. Recording, screen‑capturing, downloading, reproducing, modifying, transmitting, publishing, public projection, or distribution of Platform content in any form is strictly prohibited.
Violations will result in immediate account termination and we reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal liability.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: access Platform data without authorization, deploy malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate others, harass other users, or engage in any illegal or improper conduct.
Violations may result in immediate suspension and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
7. Service Changes & Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for technical, operational, or force majeure reasons. For material changes, we will give reasonable advance notice via email or in‑site announcement.
If service termination prevents you from completing a purchased course, we will refund the unwatched portion or offer an equivalent alternative.
8. Disclaimer
